The restaurant
Muriel’s cooking is flavourful and generous

Everything is homemade. Muriel cooks in the afternoon for the evening meal, using fresh local produce (market garden produce, poultry from Ardèche …). Some of her specialities are “Caillette ardéchoise” (ie abomasums), “Pavé de bœuf” (ie thickly cut beef steak) cooked in local wine and roast duck marinated in rosemary.

Meals are served with a selection of wines produced in the village that will pleasantly surprise your taste buds… the St Joseph in all its forms.

The service provided by Philippe is both welcoming and friendly. In the summer one of his daughters helps him with the service… Hooray to youth! In the summer time, meals are served outdoors in the park, under the shade of century old trees.

For a more satisfying experience, the restaurant is solely open to the hotel’s guests and by advance booking only.

the restaurant is open all week with Saturday evening. Sunday evening, we offer regional boards : regional specialties (cold and hot food)
